that flash comic said quite a lot. And really I feel a bit ashamed again about what I've been doing with my art.

I've been drawing mostly porn lately... and I think about them, and how they aren't worth more than one word "yes" "hot" "bleep".

I don't know. I tell myself that it's what I've been chosen to do. (more like it is what I choose to do because it comes easily to me).

I used to believe I had standards. In content at least, I still want to get better artistically. But I don't know. There is something about creating something for someone who wants it. And having them be happy to receive that creation and cherish it.

It used to bother me that people would be whacking off to my drawings... gladly I've become indifferent to it. It's even sometimes a nice compliment. But anyhow... what I'm doing is making people happy and getting put to good use. Even if I am not saying anything profound... I am happy working, because I am making my commissioners happy.

I'd still like to some day touch the world with some art... that inspires, soothes, or that illustrates a story... but until then I will keep practicing, until I finally feel like I have a story worth telling.
